In this particular <br />instance, it isi~a redquest for a conditional use permit for another aluminum processing center in <br />Ramsey. Ms;; Frolik also noted that associated with the extension of 153rd Avenue N,W. is the <br />relocation of ~ home on a property. Said relocation will require a variance to front yard setback <br />requirementsd. Ms:, Frolik requested that the Planning and Zoning Commission schedule a special <br />Board of Adjfi, stmCnt meeting to address this case. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to schedule a special <br />Board of Adj.,ustment meeting for 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 1990 and a special <br />Planning aad[Zon!ng Commission meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 20, 1990. <br />Mouon carn~c_l..
