PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PIN 24-32-25.33-0001 <br />5566 152ND AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br />On . ,1991, a conditional use permit was issued to David Pehlke to maintain <br />commercial v~hicle larger than one-ton on the property generally known as 5566 152nd Avenue <br />N.W. and legflly described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range 25 described as <br />follow~: At a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter, said point being 1208 feet <br />south .Of the northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter and said point also being the <br />inters~,ction of said west line with the centerline of 152nd Avenue N.W., according to the <br />plat of Gorhams Addition, extended westerly, thence south on the said west line of the <br />SouthwestlQuarter for a distance of 259.4 feet, thence east at fight angles 140 feet, thence <br />north at right angles 311.1 feet, thence west at fight angles 140 feet to the said west line of <br />the SOuthWest Quarter, thence south 51.7 feet to place of beginning, together with an <br />easem~i~nt for road purposes over the said 152nd Avenue N.W. extended westerly to the <br />east line of above described tract. <br /> <br />This permit isl issued pursutant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br /> [i~tu <br />permit is pe!rp_ al in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of ~his permit are as follows: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That the maintenance of one two-mn commercial vehicle is hereby permitted on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />That the commercial vehicle shall be stored on site in an area that best provides <br />screening the equipment from public view. <br /> <br />That the operator of the commercial vehicle shall observe all off-street parking <br />regulations. <br /> <br /> 4. , That the City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br /> : premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon <br /> reasonable request. , <br /> <br />David Pehlke hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and thaCnd has reviewed <br />the conditions of this permit and has a~eed that he will cause compliance with the terms of this <br />permit. <br /> <br />David Pehlke <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br /> ) SS. <br />COUNff'Y OF ANOKA ) <br /> <br /> <br />
