Garage and craft sale signs shall be placed on private property only and <br />shall~have the property owner's permission. All such sale signs shall be removed <br />Within twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of the sale. Garage and craft <br />~ale isigns shall identify the name, address and telephone number ,of <br />the Sign owner. <br /> <br />ConStruction signs identifying the parties involved in the construction to occur <br />dr oqcurring on the premises may be installed upon a construction site in any <br />district, provided such sign does not exceed eighty (80) square feet in area. There <br />~halllnot be more than one (1) temporary construction sign for each project or <br />deveiopment, except that where a project or development abuts two (2) or more <br />~treels, additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, shall be <br />~erm'itted. Temporary construction signs shall be located only upon the <br />,mcr~ which c. on~truf~ti~n ~;.ther ~o about tecccur er ~o cccu:'ring legally <br />~sckibed oarcel on the building permit. Temporary construction signs are <br />{xe~pt from the permit and fee requirements but shall be allowed only as accessory <br />to au approved building permit for a project or development.
