§ 9.20.24 B-W Busin arehoUsing District <br /> <br /> Sub& 4. Conditlomal Uses: (Requires a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regzdated by §9.03.04 of this Chapter.) <br /> <br /> a. Open and outdoor storage as a principal use, provided that: <br /> <br /> 1. Storage area is surfaced to control dust and subject to the <br /> approval of the Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br /> 2. This use does not take up parking space or loading area as <br /> required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br /> 3. The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br /> b. Open or outdoor service, sale, display and rental as a principal <br /> use, provided that: <br /> <br /> 1. The use does not take up parking space or loading area as <br /> required for conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br />Sales area is surfaced with asphalt or concrete material to <br />control dust. <br /> <br />The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g. are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Enclosed retail, rental or service activity, or industrial uses other <br />than that allowed as a permitted use or conditional use within <br />this section provided that: <br /> <br />Such use is allowed as a permitted use in a B-] or t District <br />and meets the stated intent of this District. <br /> <br />Adequate off-street parking and off-street loading in <br />compliance with the requirements of this Chapter is <br />provided. <br /> <br />All signing and informational or visual communication <br />devices shall be in compliance with the applicable provisions <br />oft he CiW Code. <br /> <br />4. The provisions of §9.03.04, Subd. 4g are considered and <br /> satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />Commercial/industrial planned unit development as regulated by <br />this Chapter. <br /> <br />e.
