Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION g92-03. A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MAINTAIN TWO HORSES ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16350 ALPACA STREET N.W. (PIN 16-32.25-22-0007) WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #92-03-~ regarding Findings of Fact ~ for this use and herein approves a Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On , 1992, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to James Paulzine ("Permit Holder") to maintain two (2) horses on the generally known as 16350 Alpaca Slzeet N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 2, The North Forty, Anoka County, Minnesota This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. A permanent structure, designed to house horses and at least five-hundred (500) square feet in size, shall be constructed on the subject property by December 31, 1992 in accordance with City Code requirements for such structures. The temporary run-in shed located on the subject property, as depicted on the site plan dated received by the City of Ramsey on February 18, 1992, shall be removed by December 31, 1992. There shall be no exterior storage of hay and other feeding materials on the subject property. The Permittee shall maintain the fence at a structural level adequate to contain the horses on the property in accordance with the site plan dated as received by the City of Ramsey on February 18, 1992. o The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this conditional use permit. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
