The subject property is approximately 23 acres in size, proposed to be <br />subdivided.linto 18 urban residential lots and is located South of the proposed Cedar Hills <br />plat an~ Ndrth of County Road #116. The plat is proposed to be served by sanitary sewer <br />and maniciPal water. <br /> [[ <br />The Cd~mmission proceeded to review the proposed Findings of Fact. <br />Moti°~ by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Terry to amend item #2 <br />of th~ lt>ropp, sed Findings of Fact related to the rezoning of the proposed plat of Chestnut <br />Pond j~ddi[ion to indicate that the applicant was not present, but that the Planning and <br />Zonin~Commission did conduct the public hearing. <br />MotiO.~ caOfi~ 'ed.
