Absent: Commissioners Bawden and Hendriksen. <br /> <br />Case #5: i~ReCommendation of Economic Development Commission to Amend <br /> ilthe Zoning District Boundaries to Accommodate Light Industrial <br /> :;Activity <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmetman introduced Mr. Ken Wagner of the Ramsey Economic Development <br />Committee. <br /> <br />Zoning Admi~strator Frolik explained that the area of the McKinley Street Extension consists of <br />property zoned Industrial by both Anoka and Ramsey. She added that there is concern that the <br />developmem a.Cnv~ty that takes place m Ramsey ~s companble wath Anoka s development plans for <br />that same areall She stated that the Economic Development Commission has researched this issue <br />and is recommendi0g that the City of Ramsey establish a Light Industrial District.
