The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was made by <br />Commissioner and was duty seconded by Commissioner <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said findings of fact were amended and declared duly passed and adopted <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission this the 21st day of March, 1991. <br /> <br />CONCLUSION <br /> <br />On the basis of the foregoing Findings, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />concludes that the proposed use does/does not comp'ly with the requirements of the <br />City Code sections 170.013D and accordingly recommends approval/denial of the <br />application for a Conditional Use Permit by Aluminum Recycling, Inc. <br /> <br />The motion to recommend approval/denial of the application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit was made by Commissioner and was duly seconded by <br />Commissioner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> <br />
