("Permit Holder") to operate an aluminum processing plant in the B/W Business Warehouse District on approximately 2.58 acres of land legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 1. This permit i= issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance with and iregulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minne. sota Rules 7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified herein, by City performance requirements. DUSt/Ash/,Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 - 7005.0080, 7005.2770 subp, 2.A., and 40 CFR Part 50 as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. Odor. The emission of odor from the operation sha~l be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota Rules .7005.0920, as amended except as modified herein by City performance requirements. o Sm0kq..
