March 8, 1991 <br /> <br />PROPOSED <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) <br />ALUMINUM RECYCLING, INC. <br /> <br />On April __, 1~}91, a conditional use permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of <br /> ' '~ '""- "':tO <br />Ramsey { ~,Lty I Aluminum Recycling Processing, Inc. ("Permit Holder") to operate <br />an aluminum processing plant in the B/W Business Warehouse District on <br />approximately 2.58 acres of land legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 1. <br /> <br />This permit i= issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />Term. This permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed <br />herein are complied with. <br /> <br />Noise. Noises emanating from the site and operations shall be in compliance <br />with and iregulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, <br />Minne. sota Rules 7010.0010 to 7010.0080, as amended except as modified <br />herein, by City performance requirements. <br /> <br />DUSt/Ash/,Particulates. The emission of dust, ash or other particulate matter <br />shall be in compliance with and regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution <br />Control Standards, Minnesota Rules 7005.0010 - 7005.0080, 7005.2770 <br />subp, 2.A., and 40 CFR Part 50 as amended except as modified herein by City <br />performance requirements. <br /> <br />Odor. The emission of odor from the operation sha~l be in compliance with and <br />regulated by the State of Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, Minnesota <br />Rules .7005.0920, as amended except as modified herein by City performance <br />requirements. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Sm0kq..
