Non-hazardous <br />metals are those as defined by the Minnesota Pollution Con- <br />trol Agency. <br /> <br />Hours of operation for receiving metals would be ? a.m. <br />to 6 p.m., Monday' through Saturday. (to be constructed). <br />None of' this route is through residential .areas. <br /> <br />The garbage container will be located in the storage area <br />behind the shop. (See attached site plan). <br /> <br />Construction would consist of a building containing the <br />office (1), material receiving area (2), shop area (3), <br />and transmission/engine disassembly area (4). <br /> <br />The building would be S0' by 41' long with room for expan- <br />sion to the rear. The area to the rear of the building <br />designated for future expansion would be fenced and screened <br />and used for storage, metal cutting and disassembly. <br /> <br />Materials would consist of ? ft. high block walls with <br />decorative block facing the street and a steel upper- <br />portion and roof. <br /> <br /> <br />
