Subd. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />G <br /> <br />City Engineer will rewrite paragraphs C & D for review at <br />next workshop. <br /> <br />Vibration shall not be discernible at any property line to the human sense <br />of feeling for three minutes or more duration in any one hour. Vibration <br />of any kind shall not produce at any time an acceleration of more than 0.1 <br />gravities or shall result in any combination of amplitudes and frequencies <br />beyond the "safe" range or Table VII, United States Bureau of Mines <br />Bulletin No. 442, "Seismic Effects of Quarry Blasting" on any structure. <br />The methods and equations of Bulletin No. 442 shall be used to compute all <br />values for the enforcement of this provision. <br /> <br />Smoke, Dust, Fumes, or Gases: Every operation shall conform to <br />Minnesota Pollution Control standards. <br /> <br />Storage of materials: Outside storage shall be located or screened, so as <br />not to be visible from any of the classes of residence districts. <br /> <br />Hazard: Every operation shall be carried on with reasonable precautions <br />against fire and explosion hazards. <br /> <br />Water supply: The design and construction of water supply facilities and <br />water supply source shall be in accord with City health standards and <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Waste: All sanitary sewage and industrial wastes shall be treated and <br />disposed of in such manner as to comply with health standards and <br />requirements of the City and the State Department of Health and the State <br />Water Pollution Control Commission. <br /> <br />Architectural Control and Appearance <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />All buildings erected shall conform to the Uniform Building Code. <br /> <br />Building specifications must contain sufficient data to indicate elevations, <br />all materials, textures, colors, and finishes for all foundations, exterior <br />walls and roofs of buildings and for all storage fencing and walls. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council will review the <br />overall appearance of the proposed buildings in terms of the structure's <br />relationship and impact on adjacent land uses and development. The <br />building should conform with the existing design and character of the <br />industrial park, and any adjacent businesses. The standards for <br />architectural treatment will be the same for the sides of buildings facing <br />a street or a residential area as those standards for the front of buildings. <br /> <br />All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be one or a combination of <br />the following: <br /> <br />a.
