I am writing to add my support to that <br />request by the officials of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Including that site in the systems plan, as you well know, is important <br />to the lomg term future viability of that airport facility. <br /> <br />The Metr°Politau Council in its planning documents has indicated an <br />expanding:ineed for airport space in the northwest quadrant of the <br />Minneapolis-Sit. Paul metro area. In order to meet that need, a search <br />area for: a new airport site has been incorporated as part of that' <br />planning document. <br /> <br />Despite these data, the Gateway North site is not being considered as a <br />future p~ovtder of those services.
