Key Personnel <br /> <br />Robert A. Boyer, P.E. <br />Civil Engineer - Associate <br /> <br /> Mr. Boyer has been with TKDA since 1971, and is presently <br />Manager and Chief Engineer of the firm's Airport Department. <br />He has been design engineer for many major site improvements <br /> <br /> ~lkMinneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. These involved <br />~ ~l~paration plans specifications forconstruction, recon- <br /> of <br /> and <br /> ~'¢truction or rehabilitation of runways, taxiways, aprons, road- <br /> <br />ways, parking lots, bridges, and elevated roadways, as well as <br />contract administration and resident inspection of the construc- <br />tion process. <br /> A graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of <br />Science in Civil Engineering, Mr. Boyer is registered as a Profes- <br />sional Engineer in Minnesota. He is a member of the Minnesota <br />and National Societies of Professional Engineers, Minnesota <br />Engineers and Land Surveyors, and the Society of American <br />Military Engineers. <br /> <br />James E. Voyen, P.E. <br />Civil Engineer - Vice President, Treasurer <br /> <br /> Mr. Voyen joined TKDA in 1967 and was named Vice Presi- <br />dent and Head of the Civil Engineering Division in 1976, with the <br />duties of Treasurer added in 1980. His responsibilities with the <br />firm have been primarily in the field of airport planning and <br />development. He is experienced in planning, concept studies, <br />programming, capital improvement budgeting, design and pro- <br />ject coordination. <br /> Mr. Voyen's prior professional experience includes three <br />years asan Installations and Planning Engineer with the U.S. Air <br />Force and nine years as the City Er~gineer for the City of Fergus <br />Falls, Minnesota. He is a registered professional engineer in <br />Minnesota, has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from <br />the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and a Mas- <br />ter of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Min- <br />nesota. <br /> <br />Raymond M. Strege, P.E. <br />Civil Engineer - Associate <br /> <br /> Mr. Strege has been responsible for project management and <br />coordination, plans and specifications, cost estimates, environ- <br />mental reports, and programming relative to more than a dozen <br />airports. <br /> Prior to his association with TKDA in 1976, Mr. Strege served <br />as Airport Master Planning Coordinator.and Project Develop- <br />ment Coordinator for the Minnesbta Aeronautics Department. <br /> Mr. Strege is a certified commercial ~ilot with Instrument and <br />Multiengine ratings, and is a registered:professional Engineer in <br />Minnesota, He graduated from tho',University of Minnesota with a <br />Bachelor of Civil Engineering de~ree,~and is a member of the <br />American Association of Airport Execu~ttves. <br /> <br /> <br />
