Review of contract between Hakanson/Anderson and Ralph Burke Associates - <br /> <br />Commission consensus is that it is not necessary for the Commission to review <br />this contract; that the City's concern is it's contract with Hakanson/Anderson <br />and how Hakanson/Anderson executes their end of the contract is up to them. <br /> <br />Mr. Koshak noted that in the contract between Hakanson/Anderson and Ralph <br />Burke Associates, all references to 'owner' will also be replaced with 'sponsor.' <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Patz and seconded by Commissioner Siebert to approve <br />the contract between the City of Ramsey and Hakanson/Anderson for an Airport <br />Master Plan, with the changes discussed, and to submit this contract to the <br />Ramsey City Council for signatures. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
