Section 5.03, ~et~rmination of Sufficiency. The committee shall file the completed petition, in!the office of the clerk-administrator. The required number of signitures for ~nitiatlve and referendum shall be at least ten preterit of the total number of ~gis~ered voters at the time of the last city wide election. The required number Of~signitures for recall shall be at least twenty percent of the total number of r~gis~ered voters at the time of the last city wide election.
