Section 11.0~.iiLe~se of Plant. How Sold. No public utility owned by the city <br />shall be sold ori~the~Wise disposed of by the city unless the full terms of the <br /> <br />proposition of s~d <br /> s~le or other disposition thereof, together with the price to <br /> <br />be paid therefor~ shrall be embodied in an ordinance approved by a majority of the <br />registered voterls.;vo~ing thereon at a general or special elect~on. Before such <br />ordinance is submitted to a vote, the council shall hold a public hearing on the <br />matter in accordance ~ith Section 1~.06. of this chapter. <br /> <br /> Section 1~.06~ ~Otice of Public Hearing. Notice of public hearing required by <br />~his chapter sh~l~ b~ publiahed at least once in the official newspaper and in the <br />city newsletter a~ l~ast ten days prior to the date of the hearing.
