The purpose of the <br />audy Group is develop and convey detailed public input to the <br />City Council regarding a potential data center development. <br />Documentation of (A) detailed public input, and (B) detailed <br />analytic information related to the potential development of <br />the Sibject R'opertyfor a data center user. <br />A data center is a form of warehouse that is used for the <br />storage of computer servers. In other words, a large building <br />containing avast number of computers. Many people refer to <br />data centers as 'the cloud.' <br />®A Economic Development Authority <br />FC Planning Commission <br />Comprehensive Ran Amendment Comprehensive planning is a term used to describe a process <br />that determines a wide variety of community goals and <br />aspirations, in terms of community development. A <br />comprehensive plan is a result of this community process. A <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment is an update or change to said <br />document. <br />Zoning Amendment Zoning isthe separation or division of a municipality into <br />districts, the regulation of buildings, structures, their <br />construction and the nature and extent of their land use. The <br />dedication of such districts is designed to protect the health, <br />safety and welfare of the entire community. Zoning is <br />practically enforced via City Zoning Ordinances.
