May 14, 2014 <br />Location: Fbrama>H::Drive>15153>RndingsF�port <br />FORNARD <br />In November 2013, the Oty of Ramsey initiated a comprehensive public input process to study a <br />potential data center development located on the City's former municipal center site. The outcome of <br />this process was to specifically identify: "under what circumstances, if any, would a data center <br />development be an acceptable use for the former municipal center site." <br />Asa result of the public input process identified above, this document was created (RndingsWort). <br />The Ramsey City Council will utilize this Rndings Wort as future land use policy decisions are <br />considered for the Sabject R'operty. ThisRindings/ port includes both (A) detailed public input, and (B) <br />detailed analytic information. <br />Public input induded in this report was provided by a sixteen (16) member Ramsey resident study group <br />known as the Cid Municipal Center pm() .SudyGroup. Analytic information induded in this report was <br />managed and developed by Oty staff with assistance from various professional experts and OMCSi`udy <br />Group members. <br />This Rndings Wort includes general background information on the Sabject Property, and, background <br />information related to the process utilized by the City, to -date, to consider future development of the <br />Sibject Property. Additionally, a number of issues/concerns related to a potential data center <br />development were identified, reviewed, and discussed by the OMCSudy Group.
