Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Mr. S~h~e~le stated that he had an opportunity to attend a seminar regarding <br />planning,, pIats, con4/tiox~l ~se ~ermit, zoning ordinances, etc. In the past, <br />Councils and IPlanning an~ Zoning Cc~/ssions have ruled who is developing and <br />how; now laws are changing.
