Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner <br />Schneider, <br /> <br />Mr. Berg note~that ordinance does not require that the PUD be brought back to <br />Plaru~ing a~d ~oning for final review unless the developer is requested to do so. <br /> <br />Consensus is that P & Z would like the opportunity of a final review of the PUD. <br /> <br />Mr. Carso~sta~ed that it was the intention of the developer to do so. <br /> <br />Motion by ~ssioner Zimmerman and seconded by C~issioner Deemer to recommend <br />approval of ~ preliminary plans for the planned unit development known as <br />Flintwood Hi11~ Second Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carrie~.
