Case #6: i.P~.~uest For A 90 Da~ Extension For A Mobile Mome; Case Of Mr. ~Miehae 1 Sivula: It was the unanimous consengus of Mayor and Councilmembers present that temporary mobile ho~esl iin the City have caused nothing but problems and the City's policy regarding same should be wiped off the books. Motion byiMa~or Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to grant Mr. Michael ]Slvu~a a 90 day extension to his mobile home permit effective until March 3I,~19~4. Further, that Staff forward a letter to Mr. Sivula informing him that ~f '~he mobile home is not removed from the property by this expiration date, Mr.'Sivula will forfeit the $300 permit fee and be subject to court action. Case #?; i Se, ttin~ Date For Public .Hearin~ For NDH's Planned Unit Development City A~iS~rator Schnelle inquired if Council ~ished to conauct a public hearing! =eg~ing utilities sel~arate from the public hearing for the PUD itself. '~ Council ~O~nsus was that two separate hearings is not necessary; that the density ~rop~sed in the PUD is certainly going to require public utilities. City Eng.ine~ Baatikka stated that public utilities would affect two property owners a~ ~rm Holm has submitted a petition. Mr. Art Paudio was present and stated he would be su/~tting a petition also for util~ties. Motion by C ,~Uncilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilm~-m~er Reimann to hold the public hearing for NDH's Planned Unity Development at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, January ,'i0,. 11984, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Min:lesota. Further that the public hearing notice be published in the Anoka Co~/%ty Union twice prior to the public hearing, and that a drawing showing the lOCatio~ of th~ PUD be published with each publication. .~otion carz%ed.
