Raatikka replied that the MSA street will have an acceleration <br />lane, no parking and restricted speed. <br /> <br />Mayor Ga~9¢ stated that the County should be contacted regarding their taking <br />over Hwy. #47! up to St. Francis. <br /> <br />CouncilmJ~beriSorteberg stated that he thought there was an ordinance in effect <br />eliminati~g ~iveways onto thoroughfare streets. <br /> <br />City Bu!~ding; Official Berg replied that Councilmember Sorteberg is correct <br />and the P~Dw~uld require a variance to this ordinance. Mr. Berg also <br />pointed out ~at the subject road is MSA at Oouncil's request. <br /> <br />Mayor G~e¢ Stated that he was pleased to see that NDH is working with the <br />residents!of ~lintwood I to attain an agreeable solution for everyone. <br /> <br />Mr. Carson s~ted that the City's ~mprovement ordinance specifies FHA and VA <br />approva~i;IND~ would like the flexibility to decide whether or not to go FHA or <br />VA.
