Such maps shall be drawn <br /> ~t a scale of 1" = 100' and shall indicate topography <br /> ~t a two-foot contour interval. It shall show in <br /> ~ccurate detail the topography, existing buildings, <br /> land features and trees. <br /> <br /> The written statement shall include the following: <br /> <br /> ~. [.An explanation of the general character of the planned <br /> .~e~elopment; <br /> ~. iA statement describing the ultimate ownership and <br /> ~aintenance of all parts of the development, tnclud- <br /> ilng streets, ,trnctures, and open space; <br /> e. iThe total anticipated population to occupy the planned <br /> unit developments, with breakdowns as to the number <br /> of school age children, adults, and families. <br /> <br /> FINAl. l~'VEl~l~rr PI~N SPECIFICATI~{S <br /> <br />The final development plan filed with the zoning officer shall contain <br />in final form all!of the information required in the preliminary devel- <br />opment plan. , <br /> <br />The findings ~ece~sary for approva] of the preliminary and final devel- <br />opment plans'~ha11 be based on the following and describe in.hat res- <br />pect the plan ~ouid or would not be in the public interest. <br /> <br /> 1.' i~hel plan is not in conflict-with the Ramsey Comprehensive <br />Plan, as ame~ed.~ <br /> 2 The!plan is designed to form a desirable and unified <br />development withi~ its own boundaries. <br /> <br /> 3. :,Thei proposed uses will not be detrimental to present <br /> and future land USes in the surrounding area. <br /> <br /> 4.~ ;/mZ exceptions to the standard requirements of the zoning <br />and subdivis~bn ~rdinances are Justified by the design of the develop- <br />ment : <br /> <br /> <br />
