No. 47 and Industry Avenue. The main thoroughfare <br />running~th:~ough the PUD has been designated as a Municipal State Aid Street <br />(MSAS).< It is proposed that this street would carry traffic eventually <br />from CoNn~ State Aid Highway No. 5 to U.S. Highway lO. The City's <br />policY On MSA streets is to limit access and require 50 feet building <br />setba°k$. ~!In the case of a PUD, the policies may be relaxed for this type <br />of development. <br /> <br />10.
