I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Correction Of City Council Meeting Minutes Dated September 20, 1983 <br />['R~uest For Approval Of Preliminary And Final Plats; Case Of Ramse¥ <br />67 !~ndustrial Park Second Addition"- <br /> <br />Motion by Cou~cilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />correct the minutes of the September 20, 1983 Ramsey City Council meeting <br />regarding ~the!preliminary and final plat approval of Ramsey 67 Industrial <br />Park Second Addition to read: <br /> <br />"contingent upon the applicant's compliance with the following: <br /> <br />t) i That a variance be granted such that the construction of the <br /> streets shall not be required until such time as the remaining <br /> properties are subdivided. <br /> <br />2) That no further subdivision will be approved without the <br /> construction of all the streets. <br /> <br />~3) That Lot 2, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park Second Addition <br /> shall not be buildable until such time as the streets are <br /> constructed. <br /> <br />~4) That the access to Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park <br /> Second Addition shall be temporary from Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW <br /> and shall be relocated to 139th Avenue NW at such time as the <br /> street is constructed. <br /> <br />~5) ~That the final plat shall show all features included easements <br /> as required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />6) ~That the City Attorney shall determine the properties' <br /> marketability prior to approval of the final plat." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter.and! Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #7: Co~cilmember Sue Van Wagner's Resignation From The Cable T.V. <br /> [Commission: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Gamec to accept Council- <br />member SUe Van Wagner's resignation from the Cable T.V. Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carrie~. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueter and Van Wagner. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by MaYo. r Gamec and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to appoint <br />Councilme2~be~ Reimann to fill the unexpired term of Councilmember Van Wagner <br />on the ~C~able T.V. Commission. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, <br />Schlueteri~and Van Wagner.
