I I I I I I I i I I I I CITY OF RAMSEY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AGREEMENT q~is contract, eintered into this ____ day of February, 1984, between the C/ty of Ramsey, hereinafter!:ref~erred to as "C/ty", and Mr. Arnold Klm", hereinafter referred to as "Applicant"I in!conjtmction with the issuance to the applicant a conditional use permit to operate a fiFea'ood business at his premises located at 16020 Potassium Street NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. The c'onditi0naliuse permit is hereby granted contingent upon the applicant's complying · . -[ with the fohowmg: 1) That ithe !applicant shall deliver any and all wood that is sold. 2) That, any wood kept at the applicant's residence shall be neatly stacked to the rear of the pmnC~pal dwelling. 3) That the !applicant shall at no time keep any diseased firewood at his premises. 4) That the applicant shall at no time keep more than the two/three trucks for delivery at his t~esidence. 5) That! th~ City reserves the right to inspect the premises at any reasonable time should it receive any complaints or suspect any violations to this conditional use permit agreement. SUMMARY ! The applic,ant ,,kmderstands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject t6 re~,iew at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff. Any violati~0n 9f the conditions descrSbed herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit.
