(Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resoluti~n~ #8~-34 ) . <br /> <br />Further DiscUSsion: City Attorney Goodrich stated that the PUD plat will <br />now gel back t~ Planning and Zoning to review concerns brought out in tonight's <br />meeting. If ~lanning and Zoning determines the PUD plat to be in substantial <br />compl~a~Oe~ t~e developer will offer the plat back to Council for their <br />final approval~. After Council final approval, Council will address the subject <br />of zoning ~o ~ PUD zone. Councilmember Schlueter inquired if sewer and water <br />will be ~e~ue~ted after the above are accomplished? City Attorney Goodrich <br />replied ~h~t ~t would be. Mr. Goodrich also noted that findings of fact <br />will be ad~pt~d when the plat is brought to Council for final approval. <br /> <br />Motion ca, rrie~.'.
