If the charter election is delayed until summer, <br />people wi~ ha.~e to make a choice between voting on the charter and summer <br />vacatiOn ~anSi and he does not want to have to force the voters to make that <br />choice. ~ <br /> <br />Commissioner B~uerkemper noted that all the Commissions have been receiving <br />copies of~ ~har~er Commission .minutes; those commissioners will not study the <br />document ~,ny ~re in the next 30 days than they have in the past months. <br /> <br />Chairman Heitman stated that the two reasons for a public hearing are: <br /> 1. There is a development being <br />proposed.~y ~Cq~ncil and a developer, they wanted a n~eting scheduled with <br />the resi~ts Df Flintwood I and the residents of Flintwood I had a total of <br />18 hours ~gt~.
