The iCha~rter Commission will conduct a series of public information meetings beginning on February 15, 1984. 2. The ~haXter may be submitted to Council anytime after February 15, 1984 pendingiapproval by a majority of the Charter Commission. 3.Public ~nformation meetings will continue, even after Charter submittal to ~oun~il, until the election is held. Motion car~ied~ Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, Buchanan, Bauerkempe~, D~ta, Lichter and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Gamec, Titteru~. The Charte~ C°~ission proceeded to prepare the Charter Fact Sheet and Summary, which will be ~odelled after that of Lino Lakes. Motion by'C?~messioner Lichter and seconded by Chairman Heitman, that Commissioner Bauerkem~e~, b~ whatever means necessary, accomplish getting the Charter summary typed, icopied and in the mail to all Ramsey residents by Friday, February 10, 1984.
