Motion by ~ou~cilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve Of!a ~etter of intent, authorizing Mayor and City Administrator to sign this let~e~ of intent on behalf of the City of Ramsey, and that letter of intent is as fotlOws: "Tele~T~r~inals 7008 Northland Drive Minne&~ol.~s, MN 55428 RE: C, ompmter Software Development Gentle~en: As l~a~ti&~ consideration for the City of Ramsey purchasing from you certain comp~t~er hardware and related software, which purchase was approved by the Ramsey Ci_~y Council at its February 28, 1984 meeting, your firm agrees to provue the following items on the estimated time schedule and cost as noted be 1°w ~ ' S-NMS~SID~ Street Indexing 4th Quarter 84 $2,000.00 S-NM,S?SPD~ Special Assessments 4th Quarter 84 * S-NMS'PTD~ Property Tax Assessing 4th Quarter 84 * s-NMs+FADx Fixed Assets 4th Quarter 84 * S-~4S~ECDX Equipment Control 4th Quarter 84 * · Not to exceed $4,000 for each application. In addit.~on to the above, you agree to work and consult with the City relating to ~h.e ~velopment of additional computer applications such as microfilm rea~e~, qity planning and public works. The cost to the City and timetable for Lthes~ additional applications will be negotiated and agreed upon by the Cit~ and i Tele-Terminals at the time an order is placed. Council~.embe.r Sorteberg noted a couple of errors in the 1st Quarter 1984 Sales Ratio ~t~Iparticularly the total selling price for Items 5 and 6 on page 2. Council~r Sorteberg cautioned against getting too excited over the figures in the rel0Ort; that there might be other discrepancies in the report also. Motion b~ C~uncilmemher Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to adjour~ thi~ regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council. Motion carried.
