Motion ~_ Chairman Heitman and seconded by Commission Sieber to approve <br /> reg~ar tCharter Commission meeting minutes dated February 23, 1984 with <br /> the following corrections: <br /> <br /> a) Pag~ 3, Second Paragraph, Fifth Line - Delete the word 'not'. <br /> <br /> b) Page. 7, Eighth Paragraph, First Line - Change the word 'it' to 'if' <br /> <br /> Mo~_iOn aarried. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Sieber, <br /> BaUeTke~per, Data, Gamec and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: <br /> CommisSioner Buchanan. Absent: Commissioners Lichter and Titterud. <br /> <br />2. MotiOn ~ Commissioner Sieber and seconded by Commissioner Bauerkemper to <br /> apprOve lspecial Charter Commission meeting minutes dated February 28, 1984. <br /> <br /> .Motion failed. Voting Yes: Chairman Heitman, Commissioners Bauerkemper, <br /> Sieber and Greenberg. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioners Gamec, <br /> ~BuC~ana.n and Data.
