Commission-.reoommends that Mr. Hoff,~n revise the sketch plan designating all lots in~xbanlsize, street extension and shoreland regulations. Case 84: ~DC iAnd P & Z Needs In Regards To Planner: Chairman .Pete~son stated that he and Cc,,uaissioners Zimmerman and Deemer attended the CounciX Workshop of March 14, 1984. Mr. Schnel~e Stated that there will be one more workshop meeting to pull together i~to !one resolution the results of all the workshop meetings. Discussion' ensued regarding the current on-site septic system ordinance and alternatives presented to Council by Staff regarding enforcement of that ordinance. As a first st~p towards enforcing the on-site septic system ordinance,the Planning ~ssion is in favor of the homeowner being responsible for the on-site System survey and returning that information to the City. CommissiOner beemer expressed verbal appreciation for the Charter Commission's written response to his recent letter regarding the charter.
