Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner zimmermah to recommend approval of the proposed conditional use permit for Mr. James Sentyrz to assemble bass boats in his garage located~t 8311 -158th Lane NW based on modifications to the conditional use agreement as follows: 1.. Amend Item #1 to read as follows: 'At no time shall the applicant have or keep more than two boats on the premises. I I I I I I I ! I i I I I 2. Amend Item #6 to read as follows: 'This conditional use plermit is issued to the applicant only, is non-assignable and expires one (1) year from date of issue.' 3. ~dd the following Item: '8) There shall be no outside s~torage of business related materials.' Motion ~arried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Convnissioners Zimms,rm~n, Deemer, Johnson, Hendriksen and LaDue. Voting No: None.i~ ~bsent: Conn~issioner Kennen. The Planning Commission recessed at 8:22 p.m. Chairman Peterson called the meeting back to order at 8:35 p.m. Case,#6:~ Presentation By Waste Mana8ement Of Minnesota Of Preliminary Information Relatin~ To FutUre Conditional Use Permit ApplicatiOns On The R~msey Landfill: Mr. Edward Moersfelder, attorney for Waste Management of Minnesota, was pre.~ent and introduced the following perSons: Don Otter, Vice~President of Waste Management; Terry Miller, Site Operator; Hank~Co0k, District Engineer for Waste Management; Mr. Roger Berres, Director of Real Estate for Waste Management.
