<br />granted for a tm~porary rise, nn]ess the zoning officer shall find that:

<br /> a. Adjacent vacant land is not yet ready for development
<br /> or will not be affected by the proposed use;
<br /> ~ b. Adjacent developed land will not be adversely
<br /> affected by the proposed use because of traffic,
<br /> noise, dust, smoke, unsightliness;
<br /> 'lc. The period of time for which the TemporarY Condi-
<br /> tional Use Permit is to be granted will terminate
<br /> hefore an5, adverse effects are felt upon adjacent
<br /> property;
<br /> d. There is adequate assurance, guaranteed by perform-
<br /> ante bond, if necessary, that the property wilt be
<br /> left in suitable condition after the usp is terrain-
<br /> ated.

<br />If thc above cimditions are met, Temporary Conditional Use Permits for
<br />spec{lied limite~ periods of time ma), be issued for the following:

<br /> b.,~ Carnivals or circus for period not to exceed
