This requirement, as pointed out in the MPCA Order, <br />does not iredder a site intrinsically unsuitable because adverse <br />effects ~n. !be prevented or mitigated by acquiring the property <br />or by pr°Periy designing {e.g., providing adequate screening) and <br />operating t~e site. (MPCA Order, page 7). The Commission, <br />therefore~· finds,~ that based upon the operational design and <br />development Iplans and the conditions of the Conditional Use <br />Permit ~t~ac~ed hereto, adverse effects of the presence of the <br />North 80 environmental improvement can be prevented and, there- <br />fore, finds~[that the proposed development of approximately 25 <br />acres within!, the North 80, based upon the criteria of the I~CA <br />set forthi!ab~ve, is within an area intrinsically suitable for use <br />as a lan~fili. <br /> Iniaddition to the design and engineering to be built <br />into bothi, th~ South 70 and the North 80 as described above, the <br />Applicant will be required to abide by established standards, <br />regulatiOns ~nd ordinances of other governmental agencies.
