(Please refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findin~s ~f Fact . ) <br /> <br />Motion ~'fa~ls for lack of a second. <br />Counc~l~e~ber Van Wagner expressed concern as to whether or <br />not allowing thzs reduced assessment would set a precedent. <br /> <br />Mr. SCbne~le reiterated that the platting itself is in error; <br />the original home site, during platting, was not adequately <br />prote~ed !from Lot 2. <br />Motzom~by~Counczlmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember <br />Van W~ne~ to adopt Findings of Fact regarding Robert and <br />Bonnie~Jo~nson's request for abatement of the proposed street <br /> Green <br />asseS~en~ for Lot 2, Block 3, Rolling <br /> Addition, with the <br />folt°w~ng!addition: (Please refer to findings of fact file <br />or projec~ file for Findings of Fact ). <br /> <br /> "Lot~2, Block 3, Rolling Green Addition, is not legally <br /> bui~dable unless a subdivision were to take place <br /> ~hi~h would exclude the garage located thereon." <br /> <br />Motiom ca, tied. Voting Yes: Mayor G_~mec, Councilmembers <br />Reima~n01~orteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner.
