Voting Yes: Mayor G~ec, Councilmembers Reimann, <br />Sort%ber~, Schlueter ~d V~ Wagner. Voting No: None: <br />case~ ~/10~: Request For Conditional Use Pe~it~ Case Of R~sey <br /> ~ : Lions Club: <br /> <br />Mr. B~b Yentsch of the R~sey Lions Club was present and stated <br />that~ ~he Sand Races scheduled for June of 1984 were rained out <br />and ~the ~ions Club would like to now hold the sand races during <br />Rams[e~'S 10th ~niversary Celebration. <br /> <br />Coumc~lmember Schlueter ~pressed conce~ that the sand races <br />migh~t~ draw people away fr~ the 10th ~niversary Celebration. <br />Motio~ b~ Mayor G~ec and seconded by Councilmember Reim~n to <br />aPp=°~e ~r~ting a temporary conditional use pe~it to the <br />R~e~ L~ons Club, based on the provisions of their previous <br />aDpti~at~ion, to waive the $50 application fee, to Waive the <br />r~q~l~nt of another findings of fact preparation, to change <br />the ~N~ihning hour of beer sales on Saturday, August 25, 1984 <br />from ~:~0 noon to 10:00 a.m. and that the Lions Club provide <br />dr~ Bho~t insur~ce. <br />Motiom , ~arried. Voting Yes: Mayor G~ec, Co~cilmembers <br />Reim~n Sorteberg and Van Wagner. Voting No: None.
