CommiSsioner Deemer recommended the following as a finding of fact: ~ #8 That at the regular Planning and Zoning Commission M~eting of July 3, 1984, all persons wishing to make a statement were invited to do so during C{tizen Input. Chairman iPeterson replied that when the findings of fact are ready ~fo~ adoption as a package, the Commission can delete, add ~= an~end to them.
