Council's action at their last <br /> >lved the two parties that have purchased the balance <br /> property from Mr. Keillor's mother. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that granting such requests has created <br />problems! for the City, as in the area of 167th. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman noted that Mr. Keillor would also need <br /> a <br />variance to the 10 acre minimum lot size. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by ~omm~ssioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman <br />to accept Findzngs of Fact 00 regarding Mr. Benjamin Keillor's <br />request:to(subdivide by metes and bounds and construct a dwelling <br />on a parcel with inadequate frontage on a public street. (Please <br />refer to f~ndings of fact file for Findings of Fact O0 ). <br /> <br />Motion Carkied. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners <br />Deemer:,~ Zitmmerman, Hendriksen, LaDue and Johnson. Voting No: None. <br />Absent: C.~nmissioner Kennen. <br /> <br />Motion by iCommissioner Zimmerman and seconded by Commissioner <br />Hendrikse~ to recommend approval of Mr. Benjamin Keillor's request <br />to subdivide by metes and bounds and construct a dwelling on a <br />parcet wiflh inadequate frontage on a public street with the following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br /> 1. That the applicant provide a 66' dedicated easement, which <br /> shduld be Class 5 or; <br /> <br /> 2. That the applicant provide for a cul-de-sac on the East <br /> si~e bordering 121st. <br /> <br />Further, ~hat the Commission would be in favor of creating two <br />buildable parcels if the easement were granted. Further, that the <br />City reta'.n that part North of the South bank of Trott Brook in lieu <br />of cash f,)r park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion ca';ried.
