Mauan: <br /> <br />Mr. Hauan was present and requested authorization to subdivide Lot 8, <br />Block 4, iTr~prock Commons into two lots; each lot would be slightly <br />less than t~o acres in size and would front on 155th Avenue which <br />is an MSA sflreet. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by C~ <br />to accept ?: <br /> <br />·,missioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Deemer <br />ridings of Fact O0 regarding Mr. David Hauan's request <br />to subdivide: Lot 8, Block 4, Traprock Commons into two lots and <br />to add the ~!ollowing items to the findings of fact: <br /> <br /> Requests of this type, notably in Oakridge Estates, approxi- <br /> mately within the past year, were denied. <br /> <br /> The subdivision would create a need for access on 155th, an <br /> MSA ~oad. <br />(Please refgr to Findings of Fact file for Findings of Fact 00 ). <br /> i. <br />Motion c'arrled. Minutes Dated 'Ju~'~ 'f5, 19'84: <br /> <br />Per the C _o~mission's direction, the secretary did review her notes <br />for any specific percentages mentioned by the appraisor, Mr. Bjorklund, <br />at theJun~ 25, 1984 public hearing. In checking the minutes, Mrs. <br />Frolik didI find the comment by Mr. Bjorklund in which he stated <br />property v~lues adjacent to the landfill could be decreased by 5% <br />or less be~cause of the landfill. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen <br />authorizi~g that the June 25, 1984 meeting minutes be amended as <br />follows: <br /> Page 7,~ last paragraph, 2nd sentence - Change to read: "If <br /> Waste Management does achieve this reduction in noise, Mr. <br /> BJorkl~nd believes there will be no significant reduction in <br /> proPer~y values; any reduction would be 5% or less." <br /> <br />Motion ~carried.
