To~nhouses, under the conditions stated in the Planned Unit <br /> :~Development Section, Section 179. <br /> <br />AcceSsory Uses and Accessory Buildings <br /> .[ <br /> <br /> ?he ;~ol!owing provisions shall apply to accessory buildings: <br /> <br />A.~ AcCessory farm buildings shall not be erected ~lthtn one hundred <br /> (160) feet of a neighboring property. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />E, <br /> <br />F, <br /> <br />G, <br /> <br />- 27 - <br /> <br />A detached accessory building on a corner lot shall not project <br />beyond the side yard setback requirement of the principal <br />building. <br /> <br /> Noi accessory structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to <br /> the time of construction of the principal building. <br /> <br /> Noi accessory building shall exceed the height of the principal <br /> bu~lding. However, in no case shall such accessory building <br /> ex~eed sixteen (16) feet in height nor shall they be higher than <br /> on~ story. <br /> <br /> Nol accessory building shall be located within any required setback <br />~ ar~a other than the rear setback where such building may extend to <br /> within five (5) feet of the rear lot line. <br /> <br /> Nol accessory building shall be located nearer the front lot line <br />' th~n the principal building on that lot (this provision shall not <br /> ap}ly to attached garages). <br /> <br /> Anl, accessory building shall be attached to and shall be made <br /> structurally a part of the principal buildin~ if it is within five <br /> (5i) feet eave-to-eave of the principal buildinE. <br /> <br /> AI~ accessory buildings shall have a design and outside facing <br /> finish which is compatible as determined by the buildin~ inspector <br /> wilth all other buildings located within 350 feet of the accessory <br /> bu~ 1ding. No single accessory building shall be larger than 624 <br /> sq, uare feet if it is to be located on a parcel of land t~o and <br /> ode-half (2-1/2) acres or less in size, and not larger than 1,200 <br /> square feet if it is to be located on a parcel of land larger than <br /> two and one-half (2-1/2) acres. The combination of two (2) or <br /> mdre accessory buildings on a parcel of land two and one-half (2- <br /> 1~2) acres or less in size shall not exceed a total square footage <br /> of,' 624 and if located on a parcel of land larger than two and one- <br /> ha/lf (2-1/2) acres shall not exceed a total square footage of <br /> 1 ,200. <br /> <br /> <br />
