Prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit for the building, the applicant shall provide the <br /> building inspector with a sketch plan showing the location of the <br />~ ~. proposed building. The building inspector shall not issue the <br /> pe,rmit if he determines the proposed location will not allow for <br /> orderly future resubdivision of the parcel. <br /> <br /> Pe~mitted with Special Use Permit. <br /> <br /> Golf course, country clubs, yacht clubs, tennis courts, swimming <br /> po~ls and additional recreational uses ALL NONCOMMERCIAL and not <br /> aniaccessory use to the principal uses in the R-2 District. <br /> <br /> Ut*ltty companies having transformers, pumping stations and <br /> substations are subject to the following minimum requirements: <br /> <br /> i.! Must conform with surrounding neighborhood with respect to- <br /> ~ setbacks, open spaces, architectural design and also must be <br /> ~ screened. <br /> <br />, ii, <br /> <br /> It must not have any regular employees. <br /> <br />iii.
