I have also contacted Mr. Robert [ro~ Anoka County and Mr. John Stein with the Department of 0ur~ces in regard to the permit application. Following is a ms i°r regulations which must be resolved prior to issuing a it ffor the proposed site: 1. The l~r p~sed site is on the Anoka County Landfill Inventory List as Si~e PI' State statutes prohibits all development including mining[ og a landfill inventory site. To lift this limitation, bother, he IMetropolitan Council and Anoka County must agree to do so. ~r. ~utchinson will be sending me a letter to confirm the limits of the state statutes. 2. The P~op~sed mining area is located between City Shorelands 113 and 1~7. I All grading should be sloped away from those shor~ands. 3. The uiti..~ate use of the land should be determined and a land- scapiBg and a turf reestablishment plan should be provided. 4.
