If done by this means, we can get better utilization <br />of people's talents and time. <br /> <br />City Staff will be available to help the committee with research, <br />etc., however, requests for use of City Staff time must be coordi- <br />nated through the City Administrator. The City Administrator will <br />further address this issue at the meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
