Stage II Improvements: Minor and miscellaneous items <br /> required prior to acceptance by the City <br /> (a) Inspection <br /> (b) Street Sniping and Signing <br /> (c) Street Sweeping <br /> (d) Sidewalk (Optional) <br /> te) Seal Coating_. /or escrow for) <br /> (£) Adjusting Water Shm-OffBoxes (Urban) <br /> (.g) Maintenance of Storm Water Sewer and Facilities <br /> (h, Boulevard Sodding <br /> <br />In adcLition to the above Stage I and Stage II improvements, additional <br />improvements may be required in the specific development contract. <br /> <br />Supervision. The installation of the above improvements shall be <br />under the control and super,,ision of the City Engineer who shall <br />specif.',, the manner in which such installations shall be made. <br /> <br />Monuments. No final plat shall be approved bv the Council unless <br />the owner or subdivider shall have placed and installed survey <br />monuments of a permanent character at all points as shown on the <br />final plat as required by the Engineer and County Survevor.
