Such plans and <br />specifica.fiO~ns 8hall be approved b) the Cit) Engineer and shall become a part of the <br />performance c~ntract. Two prints of said plans and specifications shall be filed with the <br />Git3, Adniirlistr~tor or designated representative. <br /> ' Subd.9. Inspection (All Development Areas). All required <br />improvemei~ts (hall be inspected during the course of construction by the City Engineer and <br />acceptanceof s~id improvements by the City shall require the pr/or written certification by <br />the City Eriginier that said improvements have been constructed in compliance with the <br />plans and SPecifications. <br /> <br /> ; $ubd. 10. Prior Improvements. improvements which have been <br />completed ;prior to application for final plat approval or execution of the performance <br />contract s[~l~ll be accepted as equivalent improvements provided the City Engineer shall <br />certify in ,a¢mn.g that 'all said improvements confom'~ to Ciw standards. <br /> : Subd.ll. Construction by City. The City shall have the right to <br />install such of~ the required improvements as it may elect and upon such terms and <br />condition~-s as it [nay deem appropriate under the circumstances. <br /> ' ~ubd.12. Warranty. As Built Plans. Upon completion of installation of all <br />required improvements, the subdivider shall file with the City Adrmnisrrator or designated <br />represema~ivel a tracing and two copies of plans and'specifications showing all <br />improverhents ',is finally constructed and installed. Such as-built drawings shall be certified <br />to i:)e true ~md hccurat[ by the registered engineer responsible for the installation of the <br />improvements. <br /> <br />9.50.57 Sidewalks and pedestrian ways. <br /> <br />Section 9.50.57 is hereby repealed and amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. All sidewalks and pedestrian ways required by the City shall be <br />constructed of ~ four inch concrete r>laced on a four inch (4;') ~avel base. Grades shall be <br />as approved by the C~ty Engineer.
