Absent: Mayor Gilbertson. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Ralph's Highway #10 Liquor License <br /> <br />Police Chief Ausl:~Os stated that the City's ordinance states that a liquor sales establishment must <br />have 4,000 sq~are/ifeet of retail/storage space. Mr. Ralph Nissen, owner of Ralph's I-iighway #10 <br />Liquor, did ¢0~for~n~ until he put a pawn shop in the basement of his l~auor store. <br />Mr. Nissen Stated ~ae rented his present building with the option to buy and with the intent to mn <br />another business ~om that location as he feels there is not enough money in the liquor business <br />a.Ione. He stated t~:e is willing to erect a fence which would constitute storage space.
