Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z voted to recommend that City Council adopt a resolution <br />approving the issuance of a conditional use permit to Mr. William <br />Dubats and declaring lerms of same. Forward to Council. <br /> <br />The P&Z Commission felt there was not enough time to thoroughly <br />discuss the uses in the B-3 Highway Business Districl and therefore <br />tabled ii until the special meeting on the 15th of October. They <br />asked that you nave a draft ordinance available for them to look at <br />that evening. <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended thai City Council delete the requirement of <br />new construction for an off-sale liquor store. Please forward this <br />recommendation to Council. Vote of 6/1 <br /> <br />The P&Z recommended that City CounciI eliminate the 4,000 sauare <br />toot minimum requirements from liquor license ordinance. Vote of <br />4,,.,. Please forward this re2ommendalion to Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
