Councilmember its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION #92-11- RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-14 C.W. HOULE, INC. FOR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on November 26, 11991; and WHEREAS,, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted a resolution awarding the bid!to C.W. Houte, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #91- 14; and WHEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, InC.i recommended final payment to C.W. Houle, Inc. in the amount of $28,988.01: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOF, A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to C.W. Houle, Inc. for the constructior~ of Improvement Project//91-14 in the amount of $28,988.01. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That ithe total amount of this final payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the month of November, 1992. 4) That the ICity of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
