Councilmeinbe adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-1 I- RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING THE INDUCTION OF LEO LETOURNE~U AS THE 1990 ADDITION TO THE RAMSEY BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT HALL OF FAME WHEREAS, our business community forms the economic structure of our City as well as the quality of life and community spirit; and W.HEREAS, our businesses and industries offer goods and services which provide comfort, convenience and sustain the health, safety and welfare of the City residents; and WHEREAS, Leo LeTourneau has been a driving force behind the development of the City of Ramsey's economic growth and well-being; and WItEREAS, Mr. LeTourneau has been involved with numerous programs developed anti'offered by the City of Ramsey. NOW TItEI~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:: 1) That t~e City Council of the City of Rams? hereby recognizes Leo LeTourneau as the 199~0 inductee into the City of Ramsey s Business and Economic Development Hall of Fame for his involvement in the community and his contributions to the economic growth and well-being of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ' and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the folloW~ing were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of November, 1992.
